First Orpington Buses Dennis Dart DMS356 was new in November 1999 to Faraday way garage in Orpington in August 2001 the bus was transferred to Uxbridge for further use there. 

This bus had a varied life in London even having a short stint on loan to London united for use on the H10 Route before returning to First Group and being based out of Dagenham Garage. 

After a short while yet again 356 was off on loan again to Slough and Bracknell before returning back to DM for use on the 193. 

In 2013 when First announced they was pulling out of London altogether that meant that DMS356 came up for Disposal and being new to First Orpington and driving along my local Route back in the day it seemed like a good purchase. 

Fun Fact

DMS356  was the First vehicle I ever purchased back in 2013. I had got involved in other preserved vehicles back in the day older ones but realised I really wanted Darts. Another fun fact is DMS356 was the Last remaining Euro 2 Marshall Dart in TFL Service
